You're at a Crossroads (And You Know It)

Maybe you're here because...

  • A relationship, career, or old version of yourself is ending—and you don't know who you are without it

  • You want to burn it all down and start fresh, but you're terrified of the chaos that might follow

  • You've outgrown the life that looks good on paper, but feels hollow in practice

  • You're caught between who you were and who you're becoming—and neither feels like home right now

  • You know you need to make a change, but you keep second-guessing yourself into paralysis

  • You're tired of performing, people-pleasing, or shrinking yourself to keep the peace

  • The "fun friend" or the "reliable one" doesn't fit anymore, but you don't know who to be instead

Here's the truth: You're outgrowing a version of yourself that no longer serves you.

And that's exactly where this work begins.

How My Coaching Helps You Trust Yourself Again

Here's what's possible when you have the right support:

→ Clarity on who you're becoming (not just who you're leaving behind)

→ Confidence to make the leap without second-guessing yourself into inaction

→ Freedom from the chaos of burning bridges, rigid thinking, and black-and-white behavior

→ A roadmap for reinvention that honors both versions of you—who you were and who you're becoming

→ Real momentum in your new career, relationship patterns, health goals, or creative path

→ Self-trust so you can make aligned decisions without outsourcing to friends, therapists, or tarot readers

You don't have to figure this out alone. You don't have to make all the mistakes I made. And you definitely don't have to lose yourself in the process.

I've Been Where You Are

I've burned my life down twice.

Both times, I did it from panic. Pure survival mode. That "I cannot face this, I just need to get out of here NOW" energy.

And both times? I lost myself completely.

Different cities. Different relationships. Different versions of me that I didn't even recognize when I looked in the mirror.

Turns out, I was taking myself with me when I left. The same unhealed patterns. The same fears I refused to face. The same tendency to run instead of root.

The second time hit harder. It triggered patterns I thought I'd healed, tendencies I was sure I'd outgrown. It felt chaotic, confusing, and exhausting.

And a few years later, the whispers started again.

That familiar urge to throw it all away and start over. But this time, I felt different. Exhausted. Terrified, even.

Because I knew: if I didn't figure out why I kept ending up here, I'd just do it again in three years. New city, new relationship, same problems.

That's when I had to face something hard:

I couldn't handle another Tower moment without support. I couldn't keep burning my life down from panic and expecting different results.

So this time, I did it differently.

I faced the root cause of the chaos instead of just surviving it.

I shifted my identity before I shifted my circumstances.

I rebuilt from my power, not my panic.

And for the first time in my life, I felt proud of myself on the other side—instead of ashamed for losing control or losing sight of who I was.

That's why I do this work.

I help women burn it all down without losing themselves in the fire.

Think: controlled burn vs. forest fire.

If you're ready to start over but terrified you'll end up right back here in a few years—I get it. I've been there. More than once.

Let me show you how to rebuild from your inner power, not panic or survival.

HOW I HELP YOU BUILD SELF-TRUST SO YOU CAN REBUILD YOUR LIFE WITHOUT CHAOS, CONFUSION, OR LOSING YOURSELF IN THE FIRE

⬇️ The Self-Trust Formula™ ⬇️

The Process: Values → Needs → Priorities → Boundaries → Desires → Actions

  • STEP 1: GET CLEAR

We start by slowing things down.

Together, we’ll look at what’s driving your overthinking, where you’re outsourcing your decisions, and what’s creating confusion or self-doubt.

Using practical & intuitive coaching tools, values, and reflection, you’ll start to get unstuck.

  • STEP 2: REBUILD SELF-TRUST

Once patterns are clear, we focus on strengthening your relationship with your own inner guidance. This means learning how to recognize your internal signals, respond to uncertainty without spiraling, and make decisions without abandoning yourself afterward.

    The goal isn’t certainty—it’s steadiness.

  • STEP 3: BUILD MOMENTUM

With self-trust in place, decisions stop feeling so heavy.

You’ll move forward with confidence, practice what you’ve learned, and create momentum that actually lasts. This step is about integration—so you don’t just understand yourself better, you live it.
